Eduardo
Rodríguez Barrera is a Graduated in Informatics and Phd. by the University of
Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. He is a professor and member of the Institute SIANI
since 2002. He has participated in many competitive R&D projects (four of
them in national level and made jointly with the University of Salamanca and
the Polytechnic University of Catalonia) and in some partnerships with
enterprises. His main
line of research is related to environment processes modeling, focusing in
FEM-based applications in order to obtain wind fields over complex and rugged
terrain. He also works in the field of application parallelization and high
performance computing, as well as 3D-mesh creation and optimizing techniques
developing.
