Continuum Mechanics and Structures
Researcher
Industrial Engineer and professor at ULPGC in Continuum Mechanics and
Structure Studies areas. His main area of studies is related to numeric methods
application and developing, specially focusing in Boundary element method,
linear elasticy equations resolution and wave propagation in solid and the
fluid: dynamic response of the structure, problems of interaction between
ground-structure and ground-water-structure, dams seismic response, foundations
and controlled structures, poroelastic dynamic analysis and acustic waves spread
problems. In the last 15 years he has participated at model and software
developing, something that has made possible problem solving at these fields of
study.
